Over the past few years, Iris has participated in numerous dance competitions and has won several awards for her outstanding talent, graceful expression, and stage presence. Her bright energy and confidence make her shine in front of the audience.
For this festival, Iris will perform a traditional Chinese art form called “Bian Lian” (Face Changing), which originates from Sichuan Opera. It is a unique and mysterious stage technique where the performer changes colorful masks within a split second, revealing different emotions and characters. The art requires precise timing, skillful hand movements, and years of dedicated practice. Through this performance, Iris hopes to share the beauty and magic of Chinese culture with the audience.
